Any liability of Artist Gallery Direct in connection with goods or services supplied to you will, at the election of Artist Gallery Direct, be limited to replacement of prints or a refund of the cost of the prints.

All images on Artist Gallery Direct web site are copyrighted. No reproduction of any kind is permitted. IP addresses of site visitors are logged in the event copyright litigation becomes necessary. Precautions have been taken to ensure the authenticity of our products.

1. Each image is original concept artwork created by the artist and to the best knowledge of the artist does not infringe on any copyright.

   We provide Certificates of Authenticity for limited edition prints signed by the artist. Artist Gallery Direct keeps track of each of the limited edition prints it sells. The purchaser's name, address, date of purchase, title and number of the print, copy of the Certificate of Authenticity with the artist signature are all kept on file by Artist Gallery Direct. Website images are purposely kept at lower resolutions to prevent fraudulent duplication. Attempts to copy and reproduce images from the site will result in poor quality blurry reproductions. This is done to protect both the rights of the artist and the investment of our patrons. We do, however, provide higher resolution partial images for our viewers. If a third party were to illegally reproduce any of our images, Artist Gallery Direct will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law. We are aware of the Digital Millenium Act of 1998, and we encourage others to familiarize themselves with this legislation. We collect and analyze web server logs for demographic and legal purposes. These logs show the IP address, browser+version, and operating system+version of all visitors.

Privacy Policy

Artist Gallery Direct uses your shipping information to process your order.

Payment details (credit card numbers, etc.) are neither processed nor retained by Artist Gallery Direct, as we use the Paypal payment gateway.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse your order if payment verification fails.

Artist Gallery Direct will pass on any information relating to suspected fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities.

Product Information

Prices of goods and services, delivery and other charges displayed on the Artist Gallery Direct website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice.

We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. However, we are unable to warrant that product descriptions or other content of the website is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If you notice anything you feel is incorrect, please contact us and we will look into the matter.

Placing and Accepting Orders

Orders will not be processed until payment has been verified by PayPal.

Taxes and any customs fees will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide goods or services to anyone for any reason.

Delivery

It is the purchasers obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order. For this reason, we ask that you fill out the order form carefully.

Artist Gallery Direct will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. It is out of Artist Gallery Direct control on how long various countries department of customs takes to process packages. Whenever possible Artist Gallery Direct will provide the purchaser with a tracking number so that they can inquire directly with the shipper as to the location of their package. All delivery options require the recipient to sign for delivery. By doing so, you agree that we have satisfied the condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order. This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you the purchaser and Artist Gallery Direct. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Artist Gallery Direct if an order does not arrive. Artist Gallery Direct will lodge enquiries with our shipper to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Returns and Exchanges

There are no returns or exchanges on any of our products.

Damaged Goods

If your package arrived damaged, refuse to sign for it. The shipper has insurance to deliver such goods in proper condition. Contact Artist Gallery Direct and we will send a replacement item and deal with the shipper.
