Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How are the prints made?
A. Prints are made on a Hewlett Packard Designjet Z3100 Photo Printer using only premium papers. This phenomenal printer offers broad gamut from a 12-ink system, prints on a variety of paper surfaces, creates prints which resist fading for an estimated 200 years, and is capable of creating museum quality prints.

We do not force customers to choose a finish for a print. As artists, we select the finish which best represents the subject of an image from an aesthetical perspective. For instance, bold wildlife photography is generally printed on gloss paper, softer photographic images (flowers, for example) are printed on lustre/pearl paper. Fine art watercolor prints are reproductions on watercolor paper that has the tooth and feel of 140lb watercolor stock, giving it the look and feel of the original painting. We want our valued patrons to see the artist's vision as true as possible.

Protect your investment by displaying your prints matted, mounted under glass or plexi glazing, and avoid displaying in direct sunlight. Limited Edition art prints come with a Certificate of Authenticity signed and dated by the artist. We recommend that you keep the certificate in a fire proof safe or bank vault.

Q. Do you offer matting and/or framing?
A. No. Matted/framed prints are considerably more expensive to ship. Also, matting and framing are more appropriately left as personal choices of the purchaser, based on their tastes for displaying the print.

Q. How do you mail the prints?
A. Prints up to 9x12 inches ship in flat cardboard envelopes which are designed specifically for mailing photographs. Larger prints are placed in BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) bags, rolled and shipped in sturdy mailing tubes.

Q. Can I get a refund if I don't like the prints?
A. Yes. There is a 30-day refund policy provided the prints are returned, and a 20% restocking fee (see Terms and Conditions). If your prints are damaged in any way, we also provide replacement prints at no charge once the original damaged print has been returned. We want you to be pleased with your investment and hope that our patrons will continue to visit our gallery for future art acquisitions.
